Newly build Home at Delhi

This interior project was designed for a premium beachfront resort located in Goa, blending contemporary luxury with the relaxed charm of coastal living. The concept focused on creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience that reflects Goa’s tropical landscape, Portuguese heritage, and serene seaside atmosphere.

Design Concept

Inspired by Goa’s sandy beaches, palm-lined shores, and vibrant culture, the interiors combine natural textures, earthy tones, and handcrafted elements. A palette of warm neutrals, ocean blues, and soft greens enhances the calming ambiance while maintaining an upscale resort aesthetic.

Materials & Finishes

  • Natural teakwood furniture and cane detailing
  • Handmade terracotta tiles and textured wall finishes
  • Locally sourced stone accents
  • Linen upholstery in breathable, coastal tones
  • Custom lighting fixtures inspired by seashell and wave forms

Key Areas Designed

  • Lobby & Reception: A double-height welcoming space featuring statement chandeliers, indoor tropical plants, and handcrafted artwork by Goan artisans.
  • Luxury Suites & Villas: Spacious layouts with private sit-outs, wooden ceiling beams, soft layered lighting, and curated décor reflecting coastal elegance.
  • Restaurant & Bar Area: An open-plan dining space with rattan seating, marine-inspired décor, and mood lighting to create a warm evening ambiance.
  • Spa & Wellness Zone: Minimalist interiors with natural stone, water features, and calming aromatherapy elements for a tranquil retreat experience.

Sustainability Focus

The project emphasizes eco-conscious design with energy-efficient lighting, cross-ventilation planning, locally sourced materials, and minimal plastic usage — aligning with Goa’s sustainable tourism initiatives.

Project Outcome

The completed interiors offer guests a harmonious blend of comfort, luxury, and local character. Every space is designed to evoke relaxation, exclusivity, and a deep connection with Goa’s coastal charm — making the resort a distinctive destination for domestic and international travelers.
